Words of Encouragement
Faith provides hope: faith can help you persevere through difficult times.
Faith can lead to a clear meaning in life: faith can help you find answers to existential questions.
Faith can lead to growth: faith can help you grow and do things you never thought you were capable of.
Paul encourages us in Ephesians 3:20, to have Faith In The God Who Is Able.
If you are looking for a reason to Trust God, then just think about the fact that:
God is unchanging
Everything good is from God
God will give you the desires of your heart
God works all things together for your good
God will provide for your needs.
GOD CAN DO IT
The first part of the verse, “now unto Him, who is able,”
Able in the Greek means "to have power".
We believe that God can, but there is a nemesis which comes against our faith in God, and it is call doubt.
Doubt can kill any hope, any belief, any trust, and any faith that god can do all things
GOD WILL DO IT
The second part of the verse is, “according to his power”
Faith in God's omnipotence is the belief that God is all-powerful and has the ability to do anything.
The word omnipotent comes from the words omni- meaning "all" and potent meaning "power”.
Monotheistic theologians regard God as having supreme power.
Our heavenly father possesses all power over all things at all times.
DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT
The phrase “exceedingly abundantly above” means “to surpass, to go beyond any request, to overflow, to do more than enough”
God’s ability exceeds the lengths to which our minds can think.
There is nothing of which we ask God that he is not capable, and yet our imaginations cannot conceive of the extent of his power and ability.
God is not confined to the box of our imagination.
Be encouraged and keep the faith in the God who is ABLE.
