
Pastor Willie E. Kline, Sr was born and reared in Tallulah,
Louisiana. He accepted Christ and was baptized at
In August 1992, Pastor
Kline accepted his call into the ministry and preached his first sermon on
October 3, 1992 at
Pastor Kline graduated
as salutatorian from Thomastown High School in the Madison Parish School
District. He continued his education at Grambling State University in
Grambling, Louisiana - “The Place Where Everybody Is Somebody”.
At Grambling,
he was a Dean’s List student and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
Computer Science and graduated Cum Laude.
It was in God’s plan
to use an old country boy from Tallulah to begin Logos Baptist Church.
Subsequently, Pastor Kline conducted Logos’ first service and on April 14, 2002
and was installed as Pastor on June 8, 2002.
Pastor Kline is
married to the former Nyralin Lamb of Joliet, Illinois and they are the proud parents of a daughter (Moryah Faythe Kline) and a son (Willie E. Kline, Jr.)
